  Significant changes have taken place within the Force following astructural review. This has resulted in the removal of the Territorial Coordinatorpost and an enhanced role for the BCUs in terms of managingcrime reduction issues, crime and disorder and partnership working.

This report sets out the Inspection findings, highlighting areas ofgood practice and making recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
