Programmed Inspections
Noteworthy Practice
During the 2006 Baseline Peer Review process, and in order to prevent ‘reinvention of the wheel’, a need was identified for a ‘one-stop-shop’ networking function.
This facility offers visitors the opportunity to research and share details of noteworthy practice used by police forces throughout the UK, thus increasing knowledge and decreasing time spent identifying repeat practices.
Visitors can free text search in all areas of training practice, link to the EFQM model, and be provided with signposting details for follow up enquiries.
Gathering noteworthy practice together in one location provides a clear and concise research tool, and allows interested parties to draw on existing training practices to continue to improve operational police performance through effective and innovative training.
